Return & Exchange Policy
The Small Print
Policy updated September 1st, 2022 and applies to all orders going forward.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any verifiable defective item for refund or exchange with proof of purchase as long as it is reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item. Any defective products reported after the 10 day period is ineligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. Please make sure to report your defective products in a timely manner.
Please note, normal wear and tear over time is expected and natural and thus does not count as defective. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise (restrictions apply, see below). Used merchandise cannot be returned; please do not return. Customers returning used items will have the item returned to them and will be invoiced for the cost of shipping the item back to them. The item will not be returned until this invoice is paid in full. Returned merchandise should include original packaging, wrapping, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website or our company, Ashley Carter. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages; the customer is solely responsible for providing the correct address and a proper delivery space for their order at time of placing the order on our sites.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Items that have a sizing requirement (ex: footwear, clothing, bracelets, rings, etc) are not eligible for return or exchange. Intimate items such bathing suits, underwear, lingerie, earrings, or any other similar items are not eligible for returns or exchange. A 15% restocking fee applies for exchanges on all other items not listed above and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and providing the tracking number of the shipment for proper credit.
Please do note for returns that come with a promotional gift, buy one get one, etc, the promotional item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, we will refund the amount minus the value of the gift.
All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customer is responsible return shipping for eligible non-defective items. We recommend an insured service with tracking ability. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.

After the return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Please allow 3 to 7 business days after the refund has been processed or 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
